A fresh new look with improvements and minor bug fixes
This app allows hiring managers to manage key aspects of the hiring process directly from their mobile devices. It provides on-the-go flexibility to review candidates, approve job requisitions and offers, and access a personal to-do list of action items.
Key features include mobile candidate review with access to profiles and resumes, a quick "thumbs up" or "thumbs down" feedback system, rapid approval of jobs and offers, auto-login for convenience, and a personal dashboard displaying a to-do list.
The app itself is free to download and use. However, its use is governed by a Subscription Agreement between your organization and iCIMS, meaning access is typically provided through your employer's existing iCIMS platform.
The description specifically mentions that this is an iOS app, indicating compatibility with Apple devices such as iPhones and iPads. Users should ensure their device runs a compatible version of iOS.
By putting core hiring functions at a hiring manager's fingertips, the app significantly accelerates the hiring process. Managers can quickly review candidates, provide immediate feedback, and approve critical steps like job postings and offers, regardless of their location.
