Yet another cool tool for life on the Coastside -- Transit Departures! Easy to see where the closest SamTrans stops are, how to get to them, when the next buses are coming, and where those buses are going. How awesome is that?

Current version keeps up the strength of this solid app for the coastside visitor.

All of the Phondini apps are heads above other apps offering real time stuff like Fish Line and traffic reports. Events are especially helpful icoastside is so complete you don't need anything else.It can be used by locals and visitors to find anything and everything!! I love it!!

But I use it manly for fishline, which oes not get updated very often. Fishermen's fault.. Not the app's fault.. So, i can't really judge for other features that do not use

I wish this App was around for the many years I lived on the Coastside, it is the perfect thing to find all the information one needs to enjoy such a precious resource. The Coastside is a unique place in the SF Bay Area, but any community with its own special charm needs to bring it all together, to draw visitors and locals alike out to see all there is to see and do all there is to do, with an App just like this one.

Good Functionality
Once I got the hang of it, iCoastside worked well in finding what I was looking for. It's a quick way to get to a wealth of resources about the Coastside without having to go to many different online sources.
On iPad the functionality was fine, didn't find any glitches; perhaps things were corrected from the previous reviewers experience. I agree though about the advertising being distracting until I got used to ignoring them.
The Coastside Search function appears to search the Web, not the app; would have liked to know for sure if that was what App was doing.

Annoying flashing ads, broken links and "back" buttons that do nothing. After a couple of minutes use I've had to force quit it 3 times. Google maps, yelp and open table work fine for me.
A little design and user testing would have gone a long way.
Oddly brands the creators higher than the app name on the loading page.

ICoastside has it all!
Love this app, as a long time coastside resident and teacher, I will use this over and over as it still has lot's for me to learn and enjoy. Love the fact you can check tides wo going elsewhere, and get restaurant info at the same time. The resources are wonderful for a variety of users, local residents and visitors.

Good food on the i CS app
It was easy for me to direct an out of town friend to a local restaurant with the new app.
They could check the menu on line for their fish and chips selection too!

This is a great app! A thorough list of what the coastside has to offer. Very easy to navigate.

I am a coastside resident and have done a lot of exploring through the app and have found that most local businesses are accounted for and all information seems to be in order. iCoastside is a great tour guide for anyone who wants to explore the coast!
