Where is customer service?
I emailed 2 weeks ago and at regular intervals- that I can’t login to my cloud account and that password reset does not work with 4 tries. 1 star for this. If some one contacts me, I may update. I paid for money on this developer and I get and alter that pro rates are going up. As if, I’d be paying more for NO service.

Quando baixei o app ele não me avisou nada sobre só poder colocar 15 itens na coleção ou eu teria que pagar o pacote pra poder adicionar mais. De que adianta 15?? Eu estava amando o app, mas me recuso a pagar um valor alto por isso.

What a crock
After 15 pops scanned, a window pops up stating $29.99 to add more. What a crock. This app is a representation of exploitation. It’s not even an official funko app, but trying to charge astronomical prices for minimal features. Thank you for wasting my time. Extremely disappointing on so many levels. Losers.

Really nice but…
I really like this app. It has all the customizations that I want as well as the details for each figure. When adding a new toy, it brings up a list of possible matches which makes everything easier. However, the free version has a limit of 15 then it asks you to upgrade to the paid version (which for me is a little bit too much). Maybe I would have been persuaded to get the paid version if it was 3/4-1/2 the $$. Dont get me wrong. I love this app, but I do not want to get burned like previous purchases here that stops working when the developer quits or goes out of business.

I’ve used all different apps for my collections and so far this one is very user friendly.
Lost my whole collection over 1200 peices
I lost my whole collection since you got rid of vinyl collections and started this new app iCollect. I have lost everything well over 1200 items. Not happy. Haven’t got time to sit down and do every single one again. Can’t regain my or find my collection.

I downloaded this and then it recommended I download an exact replica app called “Collection.” The database of Pops is limited to what people have input themselves. If not there, you’ll have to manually put in every single figure.

I WOULD GIVE THIS APP 5 STARTS ONLY IF YOU DONT HAVE TO PAY SINCE THE 20 FUNKO POP! I WOULD LIKE THAT THE PREMIUM FUNCTION ADD THE PRICE, SOME INFORMATION OF THE FUNKO AND HIS RELEASE YEAR
App was relisted for seemingly no reason
I’d love to use this app as it became free with its relisting. Except, the servers are still down and the original company’s website and their assets were transferred to the new developer.
