Organized, Streamlined, No Subscription
I must say it‘s refreshing to buy an app in 2026 and you don‘t get lost in over-complicated user interfaces and it you get it for a simple task and it just does that.
The organization of my comics looks nice, cover artwork is evenly big and looks good over all aspec ratios, when you drop new comics into the coresponding folder the titles get shown in the app library right away. Way to go!

Stopped importing properly
More than half of the imports show up as gray blocks 0 bites. This app has become useless. I also can’t contact them as the feedback button just tries to open the email app and I have gmail, I don’t use the email app = epic fail

L’appli me semble très bien. Je ne l’ai installer qu’hier, mais je retire une étoile parce que je n’ai pas trouver le marque page. Ou le signet. Je dois retenir le numéro de page pour revenir plus tard ?

Japanischer Manga wird in epub von ende nach anfang dargestellt. Seiten werden überblättert, merkt man aber nicht.

Nichts für mich
Habe mich für diese App entschieden, weil sie kompatibel zu so vielen Formaten ist und tatsächlich kann sie auch Comics im ePub-Format gut anzeigen, im Gegensatz zur App “Panels”. Leider hat sie aber auch einige Nachteile, welche sie für mich unbenutzbar machen. Zum einen werden die Cover der Comics teilweise nicht richtig erkannt, so dass nur ein Ausschnitt einer weissen Umrandung zu sehen ist. Außerdem ist es nicht möglich, einen Ordner in iCloud auszuwählen und alle Comics aus diesem und allen Unterordnern zu importieren. Außerdem ist er Zoom standardmäßig nicht gut eingestellt. Schade, Geld umsonst ausgegeben. Ich kann allen nur den “Chunky Comic Reader” empfehlen, der ist derzeit leider im deutschen Appstore nicht verfügbar, aber das ist für mich der beste Comic Reader auf dem iPad und er kostet nichts.
