Fantastic Update. The interface is much improved!

Much improved with the new sidebar! Thanks Cyril.
Could still benefit from some iOS 7-like simplification. The ticker tape balance is at the bottom of the right panel is really out of place. The selection process is still rather cumbersome as well.

"Update" destroyed all that was great
Ive been an icompta user for a while and after trying just about every well rated app out there i found icompta to have a simpler but more customizable interface that made it easy to monitor history and accounts... Until I foolishly "upgraded" to the new version after a million annoying prompts... The simple interface is super complicated, reports don't show info if account or category name is too long, adding transaction feature drags and is super slow, idevice swiping feature totally wasted and underutilized, sync and importing older list crashed app several times before i got it in and the new massive long list of features (several that dont work right) are all in main list just complicating and crowding a once clean interface... Going over to different app until perhaps this is fixed....

This app has major issues
I am a longtime iCompta user and I was really excited to see new versions released for iOS and OSX. But my excitement was short-lived for a few main reasons:
1 - The iOS app is painfully slow on any iOS device older than iPhone 5. Syncing, data entry, and general navigation must be speeded up or the iOS app is virtually unusable on anything but the most modern Apple hardware.
2 - The black button on black background interface is insanely difficult to read on both apps.
As stated I am a longtime iCompta user and have often felt it is the most overlooked Mac/iOS finance app available. But part of what made it so wonderful before was that it had powerful features with simple data entry and elegant navigation interfaces. This update seems to have broken both of those and I hope the developer can fix it.

Stop forcing people to upgrade to this version!
Ever since iCompta 3 came out, whenever I open iCompta 2, a screen pops out asking if I want to upgrade to the new version.
You know what, I actually spent the money to buy iCompta 3 on my iPhone, but find it to be too cumbersome.
I already bought the iCompta 2 mac and ios versions, so I'm not going to spend another $20 to get the iCompta 3 mac version especially since I don't like it's ios version. I have also deleted the iCompta 3 ios version since the platform is too time-consuming.
The pop-up screen from iCompta 2 supposedly gives you an option to Not show the upgrade pop-up screen again, but it doesn't matter how many times I click on 'Do not display again', the stupid upgrade pop-up screen still pops-up every time I open the iCompta 2 app.
Have some moral values and stop pestering your loyal customers to upgrade to something that's expensive and useless. Otherwise, you will lose all of your customers!
