The App is Trash

It’s crashing & won’t let me select anything. Customer Service never responded to my complaint & request for help. I just keep getting the Error message “Something went wrong! Please try again”. It’s frustrating. I have to use the Shop App or the website to shop. Ridiculous. The app is supposed to be convenient.
