Hi Rnidcy, sorry for the trouble — and thank you for taking the time to leave a review. iConnect is a universal app. If you purchased it on iPhone, you can install it on iPad for free with the same Apple ID: open the App Store on your iPad → your profile → Purchased → find iConnect → download. You do not need to buy it again. iConnect is designed for nearby device-to-device sharing (similar to AirDrop). To use it between iPhone and iPad, please check: 1. Install and open iConnect on both devices (iPhone and iPad). 2. On both devices, turn Wi‑Fi ON in Control Center — you do not need to join a Wi‑Fi network; cellular can stay on. 3. When prompted, allow Local Network access for iConnect. 4. Keep both apps in the foreground on the Devices tab and wait a few seconds for discovery. 5. If devices still don’t appear, tap refresh on the Devices screen, turn Wi‑Fi off and on once, and make sure VPN is disabled. If you meant something else — for example, the app won’t download on iPad, crashes on launch, or shows a paywall again — please email us at [your support email] with your iPhone/iPad models and iOS versions.
