赤外線モード
暗くなると自動的に赤外線モードに切り替わるのを任意で設定できる様にしてほしい。
最新のiOSじゃ繋がらないんですね
何回リセットしたりアンインストールしてやり直しても、外出先から繋がらないのは最新OSだからなんですね。iOS16.7.8。もうアップデートする気はなさそうですね。

iOS16にアップデート後、家の中では見れるが外出先ではオフラインになってしまい全く利用価値のないものに。どうにかして下さい

iOS16.1.1にアップデートしたら、同一回線Wi-Fi上だと接続できるけど、遠隔（違うWi-Fi）からだと接続出来なくなりました。

iPhoneのアップデートをしてからだと思うのですが、外出先で見れなくなってしまいました。
画面拡大もズレてしまう。

観れなくなった
前までは外出先からでもリアルタイムのカメラが観れていたのですが、いつしか観れなくなっていました。再起動したり電源を入切りしたりはしましたが、観れません。あと、iPhoneで録画も観れる時があれば、急に観れなくなってたりの繰り返しで原因が分かりません。

数日前に、いきなり家のWiFiと接続出来なくなりました。
WiFi自体は機能しているので
本体かアプリの問題では無いかと思っていますが、繋がらなくなる少し前までは繋がって居て、これまで通り使えていたので、原因が分かりません。
子どもの見守りカメラとして使っているので、本体のWiFiが届かないところから使えなくなるのは困ります。

ミラーがわりに使用する場合があるので左右反転機能があると良きです

Once you understand how to get the camera connected to your wifi (manually turn on wifi on phone, connect to to the camera then open the app and set up its connection to internet wifi / router directly) it forces you to allow unrestricted access to both your wifi / router, and your mobile data / location (exact) / when first downloaded you MUST give it access, not just to add pictures, you MUST give access to ALL your photos and videos, the whole shabang.
1) there is no need for them to have access to my entire life, my videos, be able to take unrestricted videos and pictures. The only things they should need is: Me paying 70$ for the camera, and allowed to connect to wifi (IF i choose to allow that rather than use my encrypted vpn..) and to be able to ADD photos or videos to my camera roll, that myself and only myself physically set up or engage myself, to do so.
DO NOT BUY. HUGE DATA/PRIVACY BREECHES

... with the latest update! App is very much improved and works well with cam.

I don’t understand why people don’t like the app, maybe they upgraded the app recently ! I had no problem to connect the cam with the app, just following instructions ! I can use the camera long distance with IP mode, the cam is connected to the wifi in my home and I can watch wherever I want !

I can’t read your website even with the English turned on. I can’t get passed the wifi connect keeps saying incorrect password. And I’m using the default password in this booklet that came with this mini camera. Having to connect to it like this makes it really useless. And no way to get any help. So I’m writing this review and a single star, and hope you get in touch with me. I guess I’ll see if I hear back from you any time soon. 11/02/2020 at 8:14pm. 繋がらない・使えない
ネットワーク上でデバイスを認識し、スマホのWi-Fiで接続するには至ったが、アプリからはデバイスを発見する事が出来ない。カメラ側でAPモードもIPモードも試したが、やはりアプリとデバイスの連携が出来ない為、アプリが全く使えなかった。結果、監視カメラなのにSDカードを抜かれたら終わりという、役に立たない物を買ってしまった苛立ち。
Nice camera but...
It’s a nice little camera, very easy to connect to the wi-fi. It streams live so I’d love to give it a 5 stars (I guess I gave it 5 on Amazon or eBay) but there’s a big problem with recording and taking pictures of the live (I do have the card inserted). Each time I’m away, or even at home, and I’m trying to record any video it tells me “do not get the appropriate permissions, please open and try again”. Well, I tried million times to reset it and it still doesn’t work. IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED or I’ll go back and leave a 1 star.
Update, im leaving one star because they are deaf to that what people/costumers are telling them.
