WHY ALL OF A SUDDEN YOU NEED A PASSWORD? Please fix!
Needs update for iOS 13
Was working fine before the new iOS, now it uploads postage stamp size pictures after the iOS update.
WHAT PASSWORD
We don’t remember there ever being a password and thus cannot log in

What’s the password to bind/link app to frame???? Says on device password is Network Settings... however you can only enter numbers on app.
Need albums
When selecting pictures it would be great if I can access all my albums. Also, if I can see what others have posted to the frame in the app that would be helpful too.

How do you get in when the password says “NetWork Setting” and gives you no option of using letters.

App needs a major overhaul
Having major issues as I cannot attach the my Icozy picture frame it keeps saying linking failed: ID or password is not right but I double checked and triple checked and all is correct very disappointed.

Seems like several people are having problems with this as am I. How can you type your password when the only option is #s?? I see there is no response from the company or anyone else😟
So far this frame is useless. I received it as a gift from my kids, thought it would be a great way to keep in touch. So far, not so much 😡😡

AN UPDATE to my previous review. Digital Point Technology, was quick in responding to my email.
After repeatedly trying to get the password to show up, it finally did!!! (It is also in number form. The actual frame shows you what it’s username and password are), HAPPY, to announce, both my son and daughter have successfully sent me pictures to my my Icozy frame😊😊 I have also sent pictures from my iPhone to it. All is well. Hope others can get theirs to operate satisfactory.

Password makes it impossible to use!
When binding to the frame, the password gives only number options, so we are unable to connect- since we have letters in our password.

There is no way to develop or enter a password. Impossible to use!

Same here!! After entering the ID, Ask me for a password!! Frame shows “Network Setting” as the password, but it gives me the option to type only numbers!! I went to my “notes folder” type the password, copy, went back to the app and paste it in the password box and tell me it is wrong!!! According to the quick start guide, it is only to enter the ID, never mention to enter a password! What is wrong?????

Password? What password?
For some reason it is asking me to provide a password yet all I have is an id number. Please fix this issue
Does not load any photos
This app crashes before any photos are uploaded. DO NOT BUY THIS FRAME UNLESS YOU WANT A USB FRAME!!!!!
Not showing me all of my photos
The app looks nice, was easy to pair with the frame, but will not access all of my photos on my phone. And it looks like there's no direct customer service representative to help fix the problem.
Can't send pictures directly from my photos
Unless I am doing something wrong, I can only send Photos from within the app. And when I try to do that it only shows me limited photos and not all of my photos on my phone. I would like to just be in my photos on my phone and click share and have the app come up at that time to select like Flickr does. When I try select photos from my phone it only shows one album on my phone to select from.

App does not work consistently
The concept is great but the app keeps crashing prior to sending pictures.
Doesn't show all of the pictures on my phone
This app is easy to use, but it doesn't work! It only shows about 15% of the pictures on my phone so I can't upload the pictures I want.
