Unable to register
When first opening the app I am asked for my mobile number to receive an access code which I am not receiving is there any fix for this
Critical alerts
Would be good if crew unavailable were not send the alert to stop them being unnecessarily alerted.
Assistance
I wonder if anyone can help? Once downloaded I input my mobile number toreceive an access code to be able to register. Whilst it says a code has been sent, I do not receive on. Any thoughts appreciated. Thank you.
Is this App still supported?
It’s vital this App is maintained, search and rescue services use this App and I’ve heard it’s no longer supported which would be a massive shame. Please advise.

Something has gone very wrong with ICrew. It has stopped accurately showing availability. The summary tab is more accurate but the status tab doesn’t reflect what is in the summary so vastly overestimates availability of lifeboat crew. Shame because it was such a user friendly app. Have tried emailing the developer twice but no response.
I really didn’t want to give a 1 star rating but I couldn’t get a response after emailing the developer directly twice. The app support button leads you to a page that’s been taken down and I didn’t get any response from Graham. Today the status bar shows a particular member of crew being available but the summary tab shows him as unavailable between 0600 to 1100. Often when I am signed on for a block of duty it shows me as unavailable for the first day of the block but yesterday it was correct.
If I could find a means of discussing it with you And fixing it I would gladly change my review and star rating.

This should be resolved. It’s a shame you feel the need to rate it 1 star. I wish you’d contact me first as I will fix the issue and ensure it’s working for you. The new version is highly customisable so I can tailor it for each station. Please check the app again and if it’s not showing the correct values let me know. If it’s now working, please either change or remove the 1 star review.
Fed up of paying for a service that doesn’t work
All my settings are correct on my phone it even shows that icrew is using my location in the background. But when I travel about the availability doesn’t change, used to work great!

Update not working
New update causing lots of issues on iPhone. Not refreshing properly, spinning wheel for hours. Geo fencing won’t work. Don’t trust that it will sound properly in a shout.

Developer has completely rewritten the app to a much higher standard. He has been very receptive to any feedback and additions and continues to release updates regularly. We use this app to manage crew availability and would be lost without it. Thanks for all your hard work on this.

Authorisation number
I have had 10 attempts at the beginning to try and receive my authorisation code sent to me but still nothing
Great, but can’t subscribe to additional features
It’s a great tool, we use it at the Freshwater Independent Lifeboat. We would love to subscribe to the additional features such as geofencing, but get an error saying “In-App Purchase Component Not Setup”.

Great & easy to use, I would like to see an update for dual stations, this would be so handy as I’m crew for two stations.

Very easy to use and free
Useful but could be better.
The main flaw with this app is down to the way I use my phone - updating iCrew is not in the fore front of my mind and there’s no way to time lapse your status. What would promote it from a very good app (which it is) to an excellent one would be if you could input “unavailable for the next hour” or something like that, so that you don’t have to remember to book back on.

Could we have some options for hard press on the app icon like ‘responding’ and ‘away until 1pm’, ‘away until 6pm’.? Would make it easier to send responding or book off for a couple of hours. Cheers!
