Travel time from Kolkata to Jamshedpur, 285 kms, is estimated to be about 5 hrs 45 mins via NH16 and NH18. By Air The nearest airport to Jamshedpur is Birsa Munda International Airport, located in Ranchi. However, one can also travel via Kolkata from Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport.
