My experience with icy box.
I want to warn people before they spend their hard earned money on this app. I personally lost over $1200 in one single day using IcyBox,and I deeply regret it.
The app currently has a 4.9 star rating, which honestly shock me after my experience. I kept thinking I would eventually get something worthwhile, but I continue to getting low value items. I spend more and more money, trying to recover what I already lost, and it only made situation worse.
I’m not claiming that everyone will have the same exact experience I did, but experience was extremely disappointing and costly. The way the app is advertised and the result I personally experienced did not feel anything like what I was expected.
I wish I had seen more honest before putting a single dollar into this app.
Please do your research before depositing money. Do not make the same mistake I did. I lost over $1200 in one day, and I would never recommend risking that kind of money based on my experience.
I also hope Apple takes a closer look at this app rating and reviews, because a 4.9 star rating does not reflect the experience I had.

Kids sized watches…
Received two watches clearly meant for kids.. extremely cheap feeling… wasted a lot of money.. also customer service doesn’t respond to emails. Was charged taxes in Oregon.. we have no sales tax.

Great app for watch enthusiasts!
Love that you get to look through all the different watches before choosing your box. I also like all the different price points offered.
Total SCAM
Got the app put in over $4500 and I have $500 with the watches to show for it. Total garbage absolute scam total rip off do not enter. Do not buy everything about this app is designed to hook you in with the thought you’ll get a valuable watch when in fact you just drain your money

Waitlist moves faster than I thought
Signed up for on of the bigger boxes that was sold out and got in within a couple days. Wasn’t stuck waiting around for a long time
Don’t miss the drops
Most of the drops get sold out pretty quickly!! They had a seasonal box with limited quantities managed to set a reminder but got to grab one before it sold out felt more like an event than just another purchase
Breitling pull, kept it, zero regrets
Was not my first choice going in but the more I looked at it after pulling the more I liked it and eventually decided to pay the shipping and insurance to have it sent rather than selling it back and I am glad I did
Penerai pull made my whole week
Went into a $300 box not expecting anything crazy and walked away with panerai I’ve wanted for a while still can’t quite believe the odds worked out that way but the app showed the possibilities upfront so it wasn’t a total shock

I love the thrill of unboxing watches! It’s so fun getting these watches and if I don’t like it I can sell it
