Needs to be removed from Apple Store. Hasn’t worked for months
Worked once and never again
When I downloaded this app, it worked wonderfully the day that I used it. I only need to use it like once a month and I have not been able to get it to work since. I have tried everything that I can think of to get it to work. It will take the picture and sit there and think and still give me a number of zero. If I have the flash on, it’ll keep it on while it thinks and just drain my battery. If I can give it a negative star, I would. So frustrating.

No longer works
Update killed the app and it no longer counts pills. Stinks because it was a great app.
Not accurate
30 pills. Separated and double counted and no where NEAR what the app is saying. Giving 36 then 37 then 40. It’s not that complicated but deleting this after one try.
Good or bad?
It works great up until this last update and now it won’t even count. What happened here?
app not working
since the most recent update, i haven’t been able to get a pill count. it loads continuously after i take a photo. i should have done a previous review, i love this app! unfortunately the link to support didn’t work for me, im hoping this gets fixed soon.

Used to work great before the update now it doesn’t work at all
Can’t count all the pills
Misses pills regularly. At least this app puts a dot on every one it counts so I can add the missed ones to its totals.
App no longer functional
When I go to take a picture the screen loads forever and ends up not counting anything

Good or bad?
It is hard to find a good app that will count accurately and with fewer attempts to get it right. This app is the only one that meets my expectations. it is accurate and dependable. This free app is better than the paid ones!
Very neat app
This app is amazing, I use it every day when I work as a dispensing pharmacist. Lately it seems to be out of service and I feel miserable. Please fix the issue and restore service, I would pay to be able to continue using it!

I wish it can support external usb-c camera to use with and iPAD as I need the iPad as a touch and viewing screen the camera to be always directed at the tray. Also more than happy to subscribe or pay for a paid version.

Tried it and it failed to identify even one pill
Can’t rely on something that can’t count ten pills as a test.

Doesn’t seem to work
iPhone 13: I snap a picture of the pill tray as instructed, the app loads for ~20 seconds and then the picture shows 0 pills counted. Tried with the “live” option as well.
Excellent Results
The only thing I would change, is when the app counts the pills, the marker that shows the pill has been counted is to light. I wish that the color chosen was darker.

This app is absolutely perfect. It’s incredibly accurate and I rely on it heavily at work when needing to do counts for 90 day supply or when adjusting for balance on hand. I recommend it to everyone who needs an accurate counting app!
