Horrible in general
Not even just the app sucks the company itself is brutal.
No way to give customer feed back in the app that I can find and I called in to cancel my service asking 3 times to cancel the person I talked to basically told me no and just continued to rant off what there service is and told me to think it over. Guess I’ll just report the charges in my credit card and cancel it that way when they no longer receive payment.

Garbage app
Fraud company, illegally stealing account and deducting fee
Application poorly design
It gives an error message failed to authenticate, but it doesn’t give any option to authenticate.
Update broke it
This app was great, now can’t access anything. You log in and it just boots you to the main page again.

The app is horrible. It refreshes constantly (every 3-4 seconds) kicking you back to the home page. I need to report fraud and the people on the phone keep asking me for information that I can’t confirm because this app won’t let me access my own alert information.
Glitchy App
Non-Stop glitching, can barely get in through app never mind going through the browser which gives me a network connection error when notification of credit report is available to access….fix the problem
Worse than penis cancer
Been a paying customer for over a year but the app has never worked, never has been a issue considering I only check every few months… but finding out that this sad excuse of an app is still nonexistent was hilarious when I finally did decided to try the app again
Worthless app
Honestly, after the last update, this app is unusable. It gives me a white screen after touching the app logo from the home screen. It used to work great and was a great app to use. Now I cannot even login. I would recommend using the website instead of this app. I expected better from this developer, unless this is fixed (which I doubt it will be fixed) I am staying clear of this app.

App won’t load
Page loads blank. Can’t even log in… purely white screen completely unacceptable.

What an unmitigated disaster of a piece of junk. I haven’t been able to load this app in months. When I was able to get it to load, it was always glitchy and slow. I actually don’t know why I pay for this service anymore. They send out nonesense emails telling you that you’ve been breached, you go on web version because mobile app doesn’t load, to find that there’s no emergency, it’s just a super late notification.
Developers, it’s time to step it up. We’re paying for this crap.

App still isn’t fixed 4 months kater
The app is frustrating to use, after signing in and using it if you go back into the app a few weeks later all you get is a white screen, this means you need to delete the app and redownload it and sign in again and guaranteed a few days later the same thing will happen requiring the same workaround. Fix the damn app please it’s been 4 months

Great app gave a me a warning for credit inquiries and someone applied for credit card with my name and I was able handle it early!

This app is garbage! A previous reviewer indicated it’s glitching badly and constantly refreshing. It’s doing the exact same thing with me. The previous reviewer did their review 5 months ago, and it’s still not fixed. DONT PAY FOR THIS SERVICE AS THEY DONT OBVIOUSLY CARE ABOUT THE CRAP QUALITY APP. The computer website works though. I’ll be canceling my service as I expect the app to work that I pay for.

Very GLITCHY app!!!
Boy what a hassle just to log in!! It refreshes every 3 seconds for a while. I have to keep trying until it allows me to log in and once in there it keeps glitching and glitching. Very annoying!!! Please fix it!!!

It’s a great service, only downside is the big time gap from a security breach to ID Assist’s update.
A breach happened almost 3 months ago but I was just notified recently.
The quicker the update the sooner we can respond to the personal information leaked.
