I don’t get what’s wrong with this app but for the past year I can’t link my tv provider so I can’t watch anything locked. Anytime I try to link it just loads and loads but never does anything. It literally will not let me link my tv provider. Stuck forever loading and I have to close out the app.

I love true crime TV and the ID Chanel is one of my favorites however I wish you guys would make it so we can come straight through you for a subscription, that’s my only issue. Please consider making it easier to watch your plate form via ID GO !!! Thank you

Seriously!! Now I remember why I stopped watching this channel. It takes forever to get to the end of the story! No kiddin’. 8 to 10 commercials when you get to the end. Why is that?? I can’t handle it, very irritating, mainly because they are the same commercials over and over again. By the time you get to the end of the story, it’s been four hours.

The app is always buffering and the sound goes out constantly. It’s been this way for about 6 months now. There was a time I watched ID so much the logo was actually burned into my tv screen, so no matter what channel you changed to you saw the ID logo shadow.

Worst App Ever!
I used to be able to watch older shows without paying a fee. ID Go decided to get greedy after adding more channels to its lineup. Channels which I don’t watch. All of a sudden I began getting error messages from ID Go on my tv and my iPad. It wouldn’t load or went into a state of buffering.
I did my research and it appeared I now needed a tv provider. I have Spectrum internet service, but no cable TV. ID Go stated if I didn’t have a tv provider I could still watch past seasons of shows. Nada! Not working so I went to the support page. I completed all the steps several times over. I requested a Spectrum service call. The tech checked everything and also connected a new modem and router.
Still not working. So…to watch maybe 3 shows on ID Go I have to shell out $40 per month plus my internet monthly service fee. Add that $40 to Amazon Prime, the Peacock fee, the fee for Hallmark Mysteries, plus another and I’m right back to what I was paying for Directv.
Instead of “Cut the Cord/Cable” it’s “Cut the Bank Account”!

Every time I sign in with my provider information, the app ALWAYS logs me out. When trying to put the information back in it NEVER seems to work. Y’all really need to update this issue!!!!
