3 day trial has no way to cancel until you are charged. No way to unsubscribe before charges hit.
Very disappointed.
I paid for a full year for it, but the system still shows that I’m not a member and asks me to renew the subscription. This system is really strange and has wasted my money.

When I download the app and it says it has a phrase red trial but when I subscribed it and I find the app as intentionally hiding this option and I was charged the seven dollars in their subscribed for the full year
Ads and pixels on my face!
Took me five ads to finish my edits, and when I saved it, a side of my face was shown in white pixels. I couldn’t use the picture

Leaves a shadow in the background
I purchased the ad free for $14. Once taking the photo, there’s a shadow in the background that is noticeable. You cannot use this for a passport renewal.
Does not work as described
The app does not remove any shadows from the photo and the camera option in app doesn’t work.
Unusable
Beware the fake reviews. This app is unable to remove the background and leaves an unusable messy blob around your head that would get you rejected immediately. Waste of time

This app would not save my photo. I had to “share”the photo with a friend and have them send it back. Deleted the app after 30 minutes. Complete waste of time.

二重支払いになってしまった
年間で購入したがあまり使わないと思い、すぐに月に変更したら年間での代金1000円と、月の代金300円両方とも請求され計1300円支払った。サブスクリプションで確認すると年間で支払ったあと2026年の12月までだったのに、1300円払ったのに月に変更したら2026年1月までになってしまった。問い合せたのに、連絡がない。
アプリ自体も背景が上手く切り抜きができないみたいで、自分で調整しないといけなくてめんどくさい。使いにくいため、他のアプリの方がいい。

There are very limited options of countries and cancelling subscription is not straightforward. In fact, there is no place to select cancelling .

Very limited features. All low res. Not useful for official documents at all.
