Useless
Worked for a quick copy and save on my laptop then the app kept saying to plug in the usb while being plugged in and wouldn’t work. I deleted and re installed the app and still nothing.
Unreliable
Have tried several of these external USB drives with a ready connection to an iPhone. Sadly, this one fails to register 9 times out of 10 when inserted to the port. I also have to remove the phone from its cover to get it to properly insert. And then try and navigate to see the files on the JD Drive versus those on the phone is nothing near intuitive. Of course there is a manual… so wordy and clunky you need a cold winters evening in front of the fireplace to study it…
Definitely not the friendliest easy to use iPhone compatible drive. There are easier more intuitive ones to use.
Also, the app and drive is more concerned with being able to communicate with the manufacturer than what it is interested and or prioritised to do what it is designed for. And if you say no, it just keeps asking to do so with repeated and increasing urgency. No is not an answer it likes or respects.

Hace unos 6 meses que lo tengo y bien ha funcionado en dos ocasiones. No deja descargar los vídeos, falla mucho.

Funktioniert bei mir nicht
Er meldet zwar dass er die Dateien ordnungsgemäß kopiert hat, aber der Windows Rechner sagt er kann die Dateien nicht öffnen, sie seien fehlerhaft

Les sauvegardes de photos fonctionnent, et le lecteur vidéo lit quasiment toutes sortes de vidéos.
MAIS le lecteur vidéo ne sait pas changer de langue ou lire des sous-titres, incroyable en 2022!
L’application ne permet pas non plus de copier un fichier sur l’iPad pour être utilisé par une autre application !! On peut copier en local, mais visible QUE par l’application, et mal traduite en plus.

Does not work
Cannot back up ANY files (pictures/videos) to the drive from my iPhone 8. Copy percentage timer never changes from 0%, and before it crashes error states USB drive disconnects/reconnects (asks for confirmation). Reformatting through this app, and reinstalling it did not help at all. The drive I purchased is useless without the app, and the app can’t tranfer files.

Wish I had read these reviews prior to purchase. Won’t even copy all my photos. Worse flash drive I have ever had.

日本語対応はしてます。まず差し込みまして、写真、動画、音楽、文書の4項目がありますが、文書の項目をタップしただけで、アプリが落ちます。何回やっても落ちます。
試しに写真をバックアップしようとしたら、えらい時間かかる上に、半分まできたところで、突然、スティックが抜かれました、と言って終了。電力消費もすごくて、1時間以上かかって充電満タンから半分使われたあげくに、勝手に終わりました。もちろんデータは移せてません。iPhoneのデータは無事でしたが、これでは使い物になりません。

音楽と文章がメモリにコピーできない
まず動画のサムネイル大多数が表示されない。選んでコピーはできる。
音楽は曲は選べるが、メモリへのコピーができない。
文章は開かずアプリがクラッシュする
改善して欲しい。

Just Doesn’t Work
Tried this on my iPhone 7 and on my new iPad Pro (with the Apple adapter, because it doesn’t have the new USB-C male plug to fit it) and the device NEVER sees either one of my Apple products. It asks me to confirm that the USB isn’t connected. But it is connected and there is no other option. Snazzy looking but nonfunctional. Very disappointing product.

Basic and not very intuitive
I needed to download this app because I purchased the lightening flash drive. Though it is not super intuitive it seems to serve its purpose while I travel. Hoping the drive doesn’t crash on me while I’m away!

Great App But Won’t Allow Screen Rotation
This is definitely a great usb stick and a great app, but the app designer needs to put out an update to allow the app to rotate the screen so it can be used with a keyboard.
