外国人需要挂号根本没有办法，已经通过护照认证了但是一直说年龄限制但是我已经填了年龄！！客服电话也一直打不通 这么垃圾的app还是不要出了！
评分这么低为什么这家公司还能接到政府项目该查查了
这个平台使用体验非常差。而且作为患者，硬给安排了地址更远交通不便的医院，申请改签还被拒绝。一个本着为患者提供最大便利的平台，实际上却处处给患者带来不便。建议换家公司做一个真正让患者感到方便的平台。

我在上海做志愿者的时候发现了一个bug，填报信息的时候出生年月是根据身份证号自动识别的，外国人的护照号码显然没有这个规则，但出生年月那里又无法手动选择，建议非中国护照的用户可以增加出生年月录入权
