App not performing properly

This app repeatedly requires me to purchase it even though I have already paid for it via the App Store.

To overcome this issue I was forced to delete the app and then reload it from the App Store.

This has happened over 10 times. This should not be the case if the app is properly designed.

Please can the developer rectify this serious fault.
