Pointless
1 star is too generous. App is clunky, doesn’t show wait times or routes, super slow and crashes. We also couldn’t add payment to the card (eg magic pass option?). Only thing useful on it was to download the pdf of the theme park map… which was the same as the paper map I got at the entrance.

I tried twice. I never received authentication email so it became useless

App is basically useless. You cannot add your ticket, so you can’t make magic pass reservations. It doesn’t allow user sign up, and the email verification does not work. I’m Korean, and this app is embarrassing for our country. Lotte World is supposed to be “Korea’s Disneyland,” but it’s definitely low budget, bootleg version. Very poorly designed.

Terrible terrible terrible app
You’re supposed to be able to get 3 magic passes if you scan your ticket with the app. To scan the ticket you must either log in with an l.point ID or do a verification email for a non member login. The verification email never arrives.
There is also no map of the attractions that’s easily readable, and additionally we we’re very confused as to how to get into the attraction and where to get our tickets at.

Worse than useless
Unable to make a reservation despite confirming selection multiple times. An exercise in futility. Also took 15min or so after selection to consistently switch language…

Terrible Reservation Process and wait time estimates
No way to filter for # of reservations available or even if any are available. You have to go through each ride one by one to see if there are available reservations.
We found several times that it said 10 minute wait and the rides were actually closed or the wait was more like an hour. We rode 3 rides for the entire day because of the long waits and poor reservation system.
Better than nothing though, but even the employees say the app isn’t great.

Awful app coupled with convoluted Magic Pass system
This app's purpose is ostensibly to support Lotte World's Magic Pass system. Magic Pass reservation slots are released every 15 minutes. However, the system releases so few slots at a time that if you miss the exact moment by even a few seconds for many of the popular rides, you're out of luck. This made Magic Pass completely useless for us when we visited. The app itself is also awful to use. It's poorly organized, prone to crashing, and is unusably slow.
