Не работает

Нигде не указана электронная почта тех поддержки , куда обращаться не понятно . В личном кабинете был прикреплен ребенок , потом исчез . К кому обращаться не понятно . Поликлиника отправляет в тех поддержку приложения, которая неизвестно где .
А теперь и вовсе по паролю перестал заходить ! Хотя я его не меняла
