上海银行办理一个车贷，为了给这个app导流，突然蹦出个要通过这个app上传行驶证，办理贷款的时候可没有说这个事情，非要让用户下载另外一个app，下载就算了，上传行驶证还只能通过拍照不能选择相册照片，这不是不把用户当人看吗
