Good-ish
I love my smart king fitness watch but can not change the time!! One day it turned to military time and the military time is wrong!! I can not fix it or change it back to normal time. It is driving me INSANE! I hope smart king will fix this because I want to enjoy my watch to its full content.

App no longer works
My watch can no longer sync with my phone. App was never great but now my watch is totally useless since it can’t tell time anymore. It just stopped syncing one day.
Wrong time cannot change it
I cannot change time and have contacted Smart King. after following their email instructions multiple times, time still did not change. It does not show my sleep times, either.

Wrong time
As many others have noted, the device and app are junk! Time was correct for 3 days before it all the sudden stopped syncing to the app or phone time. Very frustrating and a waste of time and money!
Not good quality
The phone and watch worked great for about two weeks. The when I flew from Europe to the US, the watch has been stuck on GMT. Can’t seem to get it switched. The app is supposed to support the watch. App isn’t doing its job. Very disappointed in the watch purchase with this app. A total waist of money.

This worked great the first week! It told the correct time. Now it is using army time and is 4 hrs off with no option to reset. I will be returning.
Can’t get watch to display right time
Worked for a day or two but now will not sync or work to fix the time.

Has been useful for 2 weeks.. but now the time changed an hr back..and it won’t change.. I’m very disappointed
Time is never correct
After first setting up the watches, they worked great. Like everyone else, after 3-4 days the time started showing 6 hours ahead and would not sync correctly to the right time anymore. If anyone comes across a solution please share. My kids were really wanting to wear these.
Works fine besides the time not correct
Time was fine when I first set it up. After I let the battery die by accident, I turned it back on and the time was off 6 hours and resyncing it, restarting it, restarting my phone, forgetting device etc, - nothing worked. Same problem as others. Works fine otherwise. I mainly use it to know when my whine is ringing as I work in a factory and with out this, I miss a lot of calls and messages. JUST WISH THE TIME WOULD SYNC AND WOULD BE CORRECT! iS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK???

Won’t even let me set the time. What a chinese piece of junk. Have some pride in your country and quit being so lazy.
Cannot get the right time to appear!!
The first 3 days it was working great showed the right time was on a 12 hour clock instead of a 24 which was perfect since my 6 year old and 4 year old are learning how to tell time! After 3 days the girls went to connect to my phone and it showed not only the 24 hour clock but the complete wrong hour which reset to step counter half way through the day so my girls couldn’t see how far they walked or what time it was!! Not happy about the situation at all!!
