Εύκολος τρόπος παραγγελίας αλλα είναι απαράδεκτο να μην μπορούν να στείλουν τα προιοντα οπωροπωλείου και να βγάζει στο τέλος οτι δεν υπάρχουν.
Lack of main features
While the app is good the filters are very primitive and the search many times doesn’t show all the available products! Many times the stock of the products and the delivery slots change very fast, one time almost all the fruits and vegetables I had in my basket went out of stock in a couple of minutes!

Very difficult to find products! Search is not working properly

We’ve used the home delivery service multiple times and were surprisingly satisfied. The app is updated regularly and is quite user friendly

The app is nice and convenient but there is no option to tip the driver online.
Glitches
Serious Glitches while searching products. Could be much more intuitive.
Bug in the app
There is a bug in the application. When I tried to check out, the application was bringing me back to a page of a product I ordered. I had to exit the application and return to my card in order to be able to check out.

It is to slow, difficult to navigate between my list and add another time, alternatives are irrelevant and when you search an item the drop down list is not good

With the new interface there are huge delays in corresponding when changing a page especially in the shopping list created.
Ab app updated no login
The ab app updated logged off the account, does not allow login back.
Well developed app
However I think that the AB plus card should be available to add in the wallet app. Competition already has this feature.
Ridiculous
The application is ridiculous and full of bugs. You always send the wrong orders: wrong and always missing products. You never go wrong by adding something. It's not a casuality. Never again your customer
Registration should not require Greek phone number
I’ve tried to register multiple times but there’s 2 verification steps for some reason. First via email, second via phone but the app only accepts Greek phone numbers. Shouldn’t require users to use a phone for text verification, but if you are then be sure any phone number can be used.

When I loaded the app it opens in English but it will not accept my phone number. It only allows Greek numbers and I cannot skip this step. I tried entering random numbers but that didn't work either. I already gave my email address; you don’t need my phone number also.

Customer suspected as a thief
Are there any cameras at your store because I was suspected by the guy at the meat section as a thief because I go to AB twice a day to shop. I have a serious health problem and I cannot carry a lot of groceries, at the same time. So, I go twice a day to get more items, so I can carry them little by little. I don’t have a car right now. So, being that he seems twice a day at the store, he thinks I go there to steal. I don’t need to steal. I’m a senior citizen with a very good income. I’ve worked over 40 years in the USA and have enough money for all my needs. I feel I have been very disrespected at your store.

No language selection
There is an option to select English as the default language, but it does not work. All is in Greek, which I don’t speak. Why would a language option even be offered if it doesn’t work?
