app功能不符合需求

app的訊息通知 無法即時更新
還要跳出去首頁 再重新進訊息 才看得見
無法傳送影片 訊息不支援表情符號

最重要的是
app居然預期一個使用者 只會有一個被照顧者
也就是說我填了媽媽的資訊 就不能再填爸爸的資訊
每次要切換 全部的資料都要重發

另外就是 針對不同的照顧需求
需要描述的內容也不一樣

每次因為找的服務不一樣
需求就全部都要重打
更不用說換被照顧者的話 連姓名基本資料都要重打

How do I find and book a caregiver?

You can search for caregivers based on time, location, service category, and specific tasks. The app allows you to view caregiver profiles, including photos, experience, and self-introductions, before sending a booking request. After booking, you can communicate with the caregiver through the app's 'Ask' feature before confirming payment.

What are the costs associated with 優照護?

The app facilitates secure credit card payments, eliminating the need for cash. While the app itself is free to use, specific service costs will vary depending on the caregiver and the duration of care. Users must complete credit card verification before searching and booking to ensure transaction security.

What are the service areas and minimum booking times?

The service is available in Taipei, New Taipei, Keelung, Taoyuan, Hsinchu, Taichung, Changhua, Tainan, and Kaohsiung. The minimum service time for caregivers is 3 hours, while nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and art therapists have a minimum of 1 hour. A single caregiver can serve a maximum of 18 hours consecutively.

How does the app ensure safety and privacy?
