App needs improving
Make sure you complete the whole process of redeeming and downloading in one attempt. Because otherwise it would recognize you used your 20th anniversary complimentary digital photo coupon worth HKD68. It doesn’t recognize coupons in the account after closing the app and returning to it the next time.

I can never login
The app constantly crashes when I asked for a verification code for my mobile it says it cannot connect to my Internet. I’ve tried everything. It just never works
Purchased photo is not registered
I purchased the photo at Disney. They gave me a card with the QR code. Upon scanning the QR code, I can find the photo but it says “not purchased”. I cannot download the photo.
Need enhancement
Would be great to use the same Disney account without registering a separate one specifically for this photo app. Unable to purchase due to the app freezes when trying to select credit card expiry date.
Worst customer service
I emailed the contact us on customer service around 15 times and they weren't able to find my photo pass via credit card or by the 16 digit code. I lost 50 dollars buying that pass and wasn't able to get a refund. Like the other reviews I would pass and save your money by taking your own photos with your own cell phone
