Rarely seems to work
My friends had this app and I thought it would be handy to order while on my way to the store. Unfortunately, the app never seems to fully open on my phone. When I click on it, the logo comes up as if the app is starting to load with 0% on the screen, but almost never gets past that. I think I was able to get it to fully open once as a test when I wasn’t actually ordering and only that one time since I downloaded it two weeks ago. I tried deleting and reinstalling etc etc but this app seems to be a big flop for me. What a shame.

Does not support Non-Israeli Credit Cards
At least I thing the Aroma app does not support Non-Israeli Credit Cards. When you register your name in the App, it does not accept English letters. When I tried to use my US Credit Card, it failed. Even my Israeli Credit Card but it failed the first time. I realized I had to enter my middle name in Hebrew as that’s how my Credit Card is registered.

The aroma app is extremely user friendly and makes the whole experience at Aroma better - you can skip the line, order when you’re on your way, and pay in the app to save 10%. Such a no-brainer!

Does Not Accommodate Other Languages
This is a Hebrew-only app that does not accommodate non-Hebrew speakers. The developer should make the app adaptable for English, Arabic, French and Russian.

No English option in the app. Useless to me. People speak other languages that like to shop at Aroma and Aroma has English menus. Immediately deleted from my phone.

Ваша аппликация совсем никуда не годится ! интерфейс непонятный , меню пустое, заказывать неудобно , можно лишь узнать адрес, в туристическом городе , где полно русскоязычных туристов, меню на русском нет ! Не скачивайте это приложение !
