Worst customer service ever

I was watching a live stream of this mental health advisor, he was giving out friendship advice, and I said that I have a small issue with my friend, and would like his advice, I told him in chat so it would be private, he said that it was okay and for me to tell, so I did. (Did not want any money/likes/followings. I just wanted some advice). GUESS WHAT… my account got banned permanently for fraud for a purpose of money/ likes and follows! And when I tried to speak to the customer service, they said they know that it was a mistake but they already verified it so it can’t go back!! I tried to reason with them, they said all accounts that are made from my number will all the blocked FOR LIVE!! Seems so unfair for that small mistake! They didn’t even know the whole situation yet and they verified the ban!
