Это «Портрет старухи» из Музея Бойсманса ван Бёнингена в Роттердаме. Впрочем, исследователи склоняются к мысли, что скорее это не самостоятельный портрет, а лишь фрагмент какой-то из несохранившихся работ. Женский профиль напоминает поющую монахиню с другой известной луврской картины Босха, поэтому предполагают, что роттердамская старуха вполне могла быть частью неизвестной авторской версии «Корабля дураков».
