Why I cannot receive otp of my mobile number? How many time s I did send the request but still the same even in WhatsApp I cannot received any messages

بصراحه التطبيق جداً كويس ومختصر ويفيد جداً في حجز المواعيد للتبرع ويحسب لك كم باقي لكن التطبيق من سنه وهو فيه مشكلة مايجيك كود تحقق ولا احد يرد في تويتر على المشكله ولا تم اصلاحها

كلما اجي ادخل من رقم جوالي يكتب انته مدة الطلب ويبقى مشكلة كذا

تروح لحجز موعد وتختار حضوري ثم تطلع لك العيادات اكتب في البحث (دم)

لا استطيع دخول التطبيق
حاولت ادخل التطبيق عن طريق رقم الجوال مرات متعددة وفي كل مره ما توصلني رساله الجوال حذقت التطبيق وتواصلت مع الدعم ومحد رد علي الرجاء حل المشكلة او تحويل تبرع الدم الى صحتي وشكرا

مشاكل تقنية وحوسه مالها لزمه
كود التفعيل ما يوصل وليه التبرع بالدم برنامج منفصل عن صحتي. كل شئ صحي حطوه في برنامج صحتي عن الحوسه الي مالها لزمه.

I registered by mobile number but I didn’t receive an OTP , note : I contact already to customer services
Problem in mobile verification
Since last week, I am trying to sign up and the only way to do it is to register by mobile number verification and receiving an otp. I tried over the past few days over ten times but did not receive an otp although I am receiving otps from other platforms.
