Fake and scam APP
I charged ¥300 and cannot call a cab. Simply they do not have cars at all. Scam app to take your money and never provide service. More over you cannot claim back and return to it money, they do not allow that.

This is my worst experience ever
The app asked me to top up 100¥ so I did after that it turned out I can’t use the app in Beijing they refused to refund the money and they said I need to reserve two hours in advance so I did and I literally waited 16 hour and didn’t get a car then they told me top up more money I order to get a car 😡 the employees are very rude she literally told me what do you want and she told me you can’t do anything about it! I mean just imagine if a lot of people charged this account 100 and of course underfunded and can’t be used how much money they get ! I’m warning you guys never download this app or use it! I really hope they get sued soon
