개선점

운잔해주시는 분들이 퇴근시간대가 겹치게하셨어야 한다고 생각합니다. 아니면 유의사항이라도 제대로 써놓든가요 잘 안된다고. 5시 전에 즉시콜 해서 한시간 넘게기다렸는데 차량수는 줄고 전화해보니까 저녁에 탈 수도 있다하지않나 퇴근하는 사람들이 생겨서 그렇다질않나 뭐 늦게도 아니고 6시까지는 운행을 해주셔야죠

프로그램 개선 요망

1. 서울과 다르게 대기자 확인을 접수해야지만 볼 수 있어서 접수 후 취소 무한 반복 해야함
2. 관내차, 관외차 세분화 필요함. 통합적으로 대기순번 보여지기때문에 배차 소요시간을 가늠 할 수 없음
3. 배차 예상 시간 카테고리 추가 요청
4. 배차 후 차량 위치 실시간 제공 요청
5. 자주가는 곳 지정하여 클릭 한 번으로 접수 될 수 있는 편리성 요청. 자주가는 곳 살정 가능 하나 접수 하려면 동승자 선택 휴대폰번호 선택 등등 너무 불편함.
