I’m not Soochowese, thus my review can be quite personal. This app is generally good. It offers both audio and transcripts, which are helpful especially for beginners to learn Wu language. The interface is very concise. The pronunciation is good, including voiced sound which I would first expect in such an app.
However, sadly the book doesn’t provide right characters, that is, 正字. For example, Wu people use 箇 as demonstrative pronoun. What is that 葛 in the text? I’m quite upset about this.
