我买的永久会员，但莫名被更改了期限，现在已经不能用了，没有诚信的公司。
有不守市场惯例和狭隘的金钱至上主义之嫌
罕见的无免费试用期，显得挣钱心过切。且有些歌曲的资源对海外同胞是不是应当有一定优惠甚至限时免费，以更好地提升祖国的国际影响力，助力宣传国家形象？

I am writing to formally complain about a serious security issue with my account on your platform, as well as the unsatisfactory response I have received from your support team.
On 14/01/2026, after spoke to the customer service team,l discovered that my account had been accessed from three different locations within the same day, which is clearly unauthorized activity. Furthermore, the account information has been altered and is no longer fully under my control. I immediately contacted your support team, provided proof of payment and ownership, and requested that my account details be restored to the information I provided, with all unauthorized bindings removed.
Despite providing clear evidence and explaining that the current account information is not mine, your team informed me that they are unable to make the necessary corrections. I find this response unacceptable. As the operator of this app, you have a responsibility to address clear account anomalies, especially when a user has provided verification. The inability to restore a compromised account raises serious concerns about your platform’s security protocols and commitment to user protection.
I therefore demand that you:
1. Immediately investigate the unauthorized access to my account.
2. Restore my account to its correct state using the information I have provided.
3. Remove any unauthorized bindings or changes made without my consent.
4. Provide a clear explanation of why this was not resolved earlier and what steps you will take to prevent such issues in the future.
购买的SVIP账号绑定登录信息被篡改了，现在无法登录，客服却说处理不了！哪怕提供了购买记录！反正就是不能把信息修改回来！自己花钱买的服务，却被篡改绑定到别人名下，我自己却不能使用。做为app开发者不核实，不维护消费者的权益，你这是欺诈，不履行承诺提供的服务！这样的售后服务太让人失望！

已是會員付費了年無法使用
之前已經加入會員並連續包年了 卻無法使用 只剩搜尋功能和預覽 要繼續看全部琴譜都連結到廣告要人升級ssvip 感覺真的是詐騙 已經按退訂 但是還剩八個月也不能退錢 感覺被騙了 每次打開這個app感覺就是在浪費時間 奉勸各位網友 大陸的app不要下載使用

这个app非常恐怖 他会监视你的一举一动。 我点了会员资讯想看价钱如何，可是我没有下单。 马上就收到中国的骚扰电话，甚至还找到我的微信询问我有什么疑虑为什么不购买会员。 吓到我马上注销账号。

不介意付费买谱，但是马来西亚号根本注册不了 太烂了
會有收不到驗證碼的問題，但過幾天有修好了，所以來改評分，啊希望工程人員能改善搜尋速度，有時候找個譜要跑比較久～
收不到驗證碼等一千年了。
识别和乐谱的速率节奏都有问题，误人子弟
