Missing many standard features

I can’t access the app with a finger swipe pattern.(dots) rather, I need to enter a weird user name and password. There is no way to set up a phone chat appointment with a banker. Hard to get service except from a robot. The list goes on and on

באמת ב 2019 היית מצפה מהבנק המוביל בארץ לצאת עם אפליקציה טובה. תנסו להכניס את הסיסמה לאפליקציה.. אחרי שהכנסתם שם משתמש - יצאתם לעשות העתק לסיסמה, חזרתם לאפליקציה והעמוד מרענן את עצמו... אין אפשרות ב איפון X להרשם עם Face ID!! מי הגאון שלא בדק איך משתמשים עובדים עם האפליקציה?!?! אני מחזיק חשבונות בשלושה בנקים אמריקאים - מכניס שם משתמש וסיסמה ומדליק את Face ID והכל עובד!! אבל לא בבנק הפועלים.. פה כבר שלוש פעמים הייתי צריך לשחזר סיסמה בגלל האפליקציה המטומטמת הזאת!!! תתביישו!
