않은 인건비처리로 골머리를 앓고 있었는데 머니핀으로 커피한잔 가격으로 간편히 처리할 수 있어 좋습니다. ㅠㅠ그 시간에 업무에 더 집중할 수 있구요.

엉망이네요

그간 잘 사용하다 얼마전부터 특정은행 데이터연동이 안되길래 안내되어 있는대로 들어가니 은행명 바뀐지가 몇년전인데 아직 구 은행명에 은행 홈페이지도 옛날 홈페이지.
어디 문의를 해보려해도 없고, 오직 서포트 메일뿐. 메일보냈더니 응답없어 다시보내니 메일안왔다 구라치고 답변은 5월엔 종소세 때문에 바쁘니 6월에 다시 보내라…6월에 두차례 메일 보내니 아예 확인도 안함. AI 상담은 운영팀에 조치해놨으니 메일 보내라. 메일은 24시간내 확인한다는데 3일이 지나도록 확인안하고 메일 보내란 앵무새 답변만함. 아니 해결을 좀 해달라고요…

사용하기는 간편한 것 같으나 디테일하게 분류되지 않아서 별로입니다. 가족간의 입금도 수입으로 잡혀요. 결국 세무사에 맡꼈다.
