You can’t reserve tickets through the app, and if you can I couldn’t find it after playing with it over what felt like forever. Horrific app design. Absolutely useless.

The app will not open.
The app will not open. The opening screen comes up and then the app closes.
Simply does not work
The application asks for permission to send notifications, and then simply crashes. Completely unusable. I don’t know why it even exists. I guess that perhaps the strong preference for Samsung devices in Korea means that the Android app might work? But the iOS one is worthless.
