Poor access for overseas account (outside of China)
I registered an account on their website using my U.S. phone number and email address, and have started uploading files. As I try to share files with my clients, they asked me to validate my info before sharing files externally, and that has to be done in this app. However, I couldn’t even log on to my account using this app, as it apparently does not recognize any account name using an overseas phone format nor an email address. Seems to be a common problem for Chinese apps that they are not friendly and sometimes even negligent of overseas users. Please think about this issue and help our overseas users to use it properly, and that would be a very helpful way to expand your reputation and influence. Now it simply does not work.

疫情期间，需要上网课，所以下载亿方云。结果，他总是提示个人账号到期，我都换了很多号码去注册。每次一段时间就会过期。打客服电话不接，给客服反馈留言不回。真的很不理解自然不回信息，就不要写客服全天二十四小时在线啊。我也不是一个电话了，网课课程因为这个账号原因，无法保存到电脑上。不喜欢给差评，知道每个人都不容易。但是，你这样的做法让我很不满意。希望你看见后能主动联系我！！！！！
你们不需要国外用户群是吗
我在国外因为时差接不到你们所谓的对接电话，所以你们就能擅自在未经用户同意的情况下注销用户，如果我存了重要的东西岂不是命脉都掌握在你们手里了，这种公司我是不敢用，本来在坚果云和亿方云之间纠结想都试试看再决定升级，感谢你们让我不用选择了。
