Компании не нужны клиенты

Два дня подряд пытаюсь рассчитать стоимость полиса осаго, сначала пробовала через сайт, он выдает ошибку, переключилась на приложение, в нем точно такая же ошибка, стоимость полиса узнать нельзя, оформить его тоже нельзя. «Что-то пошло не так, попробуйте еще раз». Чат-бот в Телеграме, который «поможет оформить полис», отравляет в поддержку на сайте и в проблеме не разбирается. На сайте операторы поддержки перекидывают меня друг другу, новый оператор просит заново описать проблему.
