Rubbish app can’t login after update
FIX THE APP!!!!! Super rubbish, can’t login after update. It said wrong password so I tried to reset password but nothing received from my email. Stuck there and nothing can do!
無法使用忘記密碼
搞笑。按忘記密碼，叫我打email，打完按重設密碼。按完竟然彈左個「重設密碼成功！」咁嘅物體出嚟。之後成件事就完咗了。完全無收過email，又無「重設密碼」嘅動作，咁你設計依個function 嘅目的是什麼？？最終都係登入唔到:)
廢更新，廢app
一直都有用app去增值，更新後一增值，個app就自動登出左，重新入又話密碼錯，跟指示重新設定密碼後又一直卡在登入畫面，到最後個畫面就彈出話有錯誤，但我試入返之前的密碼又即刻有反應話我密碼錯。
想點樣啊？錢又扣咗帳，實體卡又顯示唔到，個app又話登入唔到，CS又話禮拜六日唔開。

登入唔到！
更新後就變廢app完全登入唔到。好多評論都話登入唔到！到現在也未能登入。究竟何時能處理好登入問題？

I was member for many years and now I can’t retrieve my account with email that the system said not exist.
English on language but no options to change the language
Better fix your app some of your customers dont understand chinese. And it says on language here is english

更新之後，入返電郵同密碼登入唔到，之後重新登記嘅時候佢話我我個電郵錯咗＇冇登記問門市 職員，佢哋個個都唔識🧐我想去呀
Add English support please
For a company that it’s called jumpin Gym “USA”, weird that there is no English support. You have English in your website, why not the app?

Bugs on apps
Apps could not function well. The apps could not show full in the screen. Could not buy coins and other stuff. Very troublesome.
