院领导真是脑子进水，基本操作都没办法进行
预约挂号页面百分之九十的几率显示超时打不开
老是显示超时，而且有时候能刷出预约号，一转眼又不见了，什么情况？
Won’t allow foreigners to register with their passport ids
I have a patient Id and have no issues making appointments in person but the app only allows people with national id to register and make appointments online. In WeChat I have no issues getting medical records such as X-rays and MRIs since all that is required is my patient id and phone number. The app needs to allow foreign passport holders to register without national id. This is very inconvenient. Please fix this.

每次认认真真填好，到最后一步付款了，就闪退，然后之前的东西也找不到，只能重复，从未成功
