无合理理由不沟通不警告直接封号，并且客服拒绝有效沟通，要么机器人回复要么模版官话连篇的回复，根本不解决问题。只知道让玩家充钱，游戏内维护大v利益，打击小v玩家。

The graphics are good. But… First, everything cost money if you want to survive and play well. .. Second, they show no support and respect to players even we spend a lot money on game which is fair but emotionally hurt.
