Very frustrating experience.
I entered my ZIP code at the very first step and it was accepted, so I assumed delivery was available. However, after spending a long time completing the entire purchase, I was only told at the final address confirmation that this location cannot be delivered to.
This is an extremely poor user experience and a complete waste of time. If delivery is not available, the system should clearly block or notify customers at the beginning, not after checkout.

be careful! Many products are about to expire very soon without any warning.
I paid full price for imported food that was about to expire in just a few days, and the app didn’t give any warning about that. This has happened multiple times. I’m so disappointed that I will never use this app again.

The price of the product is generally higher than anywhere else unless approaching expired date or already expired, avoid this if you are not considering buying expires. They also change the price at will without much consideration of customer price protection.

商品排版排得挺差的，建议下载国内的盒马看看学习一下。然后动不动就没货也不知道什么时候补货。这软件也有了好些年了体系还那么不成熟

我买了几个熟菜，说是700ml的。送到家后盒子一拿特别轻，马上找出厨房秤来秤了一下，吓一大跳。应该是700ml的，秤下来一个359ml，一个486ml，一个426m1。也太过份了吧！心墨黑墨黑的😭😱
