FAQ

What does the Товар Без Переплат app do?

The app is an informational service for selecting goods at low prices for pre-order in your city. It allows you to browse a catalog, compare prices per unit, and place orders for pickup at convenient locations. The service focuses on offering consistently low prices rather than temporary promotions.

What kind of products can I find on the app?

You can find a wide variety of everyday items including household chemicals, home and garden goods, cosmetics, skincare and haircare products, stationery, books, children's items, underwear, and hosiery. The app aims to help users save money on their daily purchases.

How does the app offer lower prices?

The app works directly with manufacturers and official distributors, which allows them to guarantee minimal prices and high quality. They also save on advertising, retail space, and store personnel costs, and do not include these expenses in the product prices for customers.

How long does delivery to the pickup point take?

Delivery to the pickup point typically takes between 3 to 17 days, depending on the specific city and pickup location. Orders are formed immediately after confirmation, and all listed items are available in stock.

Is there a cost to use the app or for delivery?

The app itself is free to use. Free delivery is offered to specific pickup points in various cities listed in the app's description. There are no mentioned costs for using the service or for delivery to these designated points.
