パスワード変更しようとすると、「新機のパスと確認用パスが一致しない」といわれ、蹴られてしまう。

使用機種はiPhone16 promaxです。
診療待機画面で待機していると負荷がどんどんかかり、最終的にアプリがクラッシュします。
最新機種でこれでは、どの機種ならまともに使えるのでしょうか。
