三岗培训视频明明看到100%，退出来再进去看显示没看完，好几次碰到这种情况，有些视频重复看几次才到100%。这对学习实在是个大坑。

妥妥的形式主义，为了完成任务而强迫员工下载，学习与专业毫不相关的东西，本来底层人民工作冗杂繁多，还要占用私人手机内存下载完成这种任务。
