App not working
When I open the App it shows a frown face with a message to try again in a few minutes. It’s been doing this for 5 days.

Don't choose this health insurance…
The doctors are not concerned by medical confidentiality. In fact, מאוחדת encounters a lot confidentiality problems, particularly with doctors who share your personal information with unknown individuals who call and give out your identity number number by phone .
Or even doctors corrupted by people outside the medical system. I do not recommend this application, nor this system.
In the center of Tel Aviv (מאוחדת Sprinzak 15), a female doctor (i won't say her name) shared my personal information with someone on the phone who called her to ask for information about me.
I strongly advise against this application or this health insurance.

No logic
Hard to understand where to search for the functions i need.
Won’t upload
The app stoped to work. It isn’t upload after downloading new version
Language
No way to move the app in English … - it mentioned that English is available language for the AppStore
Deserves a zero
When the app works, it’s tolerable. But for months now the app won’t open past logo and no amount of redownloading or phone updating fixes the problem. So the app is basically a zero for me.

הרבה יותר יתרונות מחסרונות
אומנם לא ניתן לעשות בו הכל, אבל ! הפניה המקוונת, הזמנת מרשמים, קביעת תורים ובדיקת תורים עוזרת המון. אפילו מחו״ל ניתן ליצור קשר ( לא לסמוך על קבלת קוד לטלפון, כדאי להסתובב עם תמונת הכרטיס או הכרטיס עצמו לשם חיבור מחו״ל במידה וסמכתם עד עתה על הקוד בטלפון).

You can do a lot on the app. It’s not like the best app ever but it does have a lot.
