本アプリは、クローン病患者の発端コホートレジストリ研究でご利用いただく専用アプリです。
腹痛の有無や下痢の回数など日々の健康状態を入力できるほか、定期的に生活の質（QOL）の調査項目に回答していただきます。
日々の健康状態は、入力した内容を通院先の医師も確認できますので、診察の際に医師が症状や健康状態の推移を把握しやすくなります。
■対象エリア
本アプリは日本居住者による利用を対象としています。
