不主動更新消息的建商

此app根本就是把網頁版的內容拿來用
整個操作體驗很差，在iphone x更差，點進去後就不能關閉
建案的施工進度也不會主動告知，整個工程延宕許久都不主動說明為什麼
出了大事住戶都知道了很久才有紙本通知
實在不知道為什麼網路沒負評
