Приложение не работают даже после покупки подписки

Не заходит в учетную запись- бесконечная загрузка. Не открывает мультфильмы - пишет купите подписку- потом пишет что подписка и так уже оформлена. Очень хотелось бы воспользоваться приложением, но как то не сложилось
